  1. *PHQ-9: Public Health Questionnaire-9, self-administered assessment for the presence and severity of depressive symptoms. Ten participants filled out the PHQ-9 within one day of the interview. The three participants who responded later filled it out 8, 59, and 120 days after the interview.
